lender did not process or acknowledge loan modification papers sent in October 2010.Lender approved short sale on March 7,2011 but refused Hafa assistance, lendercancelled and terminated short sale agreement and sent back to loss mitigation to start process all over. Lender sent forclosure proceedinng to their attorney 1 day later March 8,2011
