i was with citimorgage,curent on payments thay said i had to be 3 mo behind then i could do a mod.ya right after a yr sending the paperwork 3 times they sold my loan to vericrest in forcloser .they r just as f.. in helpfull the say i owe 175 k on a 146k loan so now im filling ch 13 bankruptcy
