Had an ARM with Aurora Loan Servicing. They just transferred the mortgage to Nationstar. Received a letter from Aurora informing of this. I phone Nationstar and they WILL NOT SEND ME A MONTHLY statement OR allow me to us their online service. I have spoken with them several times, Chelsea Giles, Customer Relations and she was no help. She gave me her supervisor name, Mark Nieberlien and of course, gave me two incorrect numbers for him. I have NO way of seeing my statement or where the monies are being applied. I had a Nationstar Loan before and could get on their website to pay. Yes, I do have a 3+ YEAR OLD BANKRUPTCY, but that didn\’t keep them from allowing me with another mortgage from being on their website. They will not send me nothing and I do not trust them. Aurora allowed me to use their website and they sent me statements. Something must be done about Nationstar Mortgage. They must be watched.
