I was behind on my payments and completely caught up on 3/16/2012. I was subsequently charged a $200 legal fee after I paid all the fees that brought me current. I paid a legal fee, late fees, inspection fees and my required payments. I called my foreclosure specialist after receiving the notice and asked for details. I have not received any information. I feel this is unfair lending practices.
