Im not sure on all the points but we had an original loan with countrywide,we fell behind 90 days and sent them $1500 to catch up and they kept the money 6weeks, sent it back and said we were too late. they kept us going for over a year said they sold the house to deutche bank and kept going through several mortgage companies, we had no idea what was going on finally nationstar modified our loan and after the first payment my husband got hurt and was unable to work so we couldnt make the next payment. Our children had been put on the deed by my father (under age) and the bank sold the house, paid each child $12,000 without benefit of an attorney (they are over 18 now)and evicted us even though we could have and were more than trying to work with them. now the house has been empty since August 10,2011 and I have begged them to work with us to rent to own or help us obtain a loan.
