our loan was sold by BofA to Nationstar and we have had nothing but trouble with them. We are not able to get on to their website to get our statement and they have not sent us a statement or request for payment. We decided to have our payments sent from our bank after seeing all the complaints on www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/nationstar_mortgage.html .
