I had fallen behind on my loan because i lost my job emc offered me a modification, after paying over a yera of \”trail payments they sold my loan out to saxon, saxon excepted paymets then forclosed on my home then recinded sale and sold me out again and now back in forclosure.

we have been fighting with the bank for 2 years now.we want to keep our home.it needs work but we are willing to put it in.we just cant afford the payment it went up alot more than we expected.we are heartbroken we love our home but we will probably loose it now.they always acted like they wanted to help us but we were getting the runaround.

my husband went on disablity in 2009 we could not afford our payments but we were never late our credit was very good we applied for the modification of our loan which was with bankofamerica we qualified in 2010 we started our lower payments in oct of 2010 but as of today this has not been finalised and nothing has been taken off the principal and we are very frustrated because we feel like we are renting ou house and our credit has ruined because they put it as being in default even though we havent missed a payment and the person they have us talking to does not know any more about our loan than we do we can not talk to any one about our concerns
Loan was originally made by Countrywide. Negative amortization terms involved. Have tried to re-negotiate terms with no success.
NEVER missed or was behind on mortgage pymts. i responded to modification solicitation from my lender. was offered a 6 month forebearance while modification was in review. 5 months later received a default/foreclosure notice. contacted lender and atty\’s now representing them w/proof of payment to no avail. hired a local atty to represent me vs the lender. 9 months and $5000 later my home was foreclosed upon. \”criminal\” would befit the situation.

They are getting ready to forclouse on me at any time. I finally hired a lawyer however it is not helping, i feel i am being pushed to do a short sale, which I am 100k underwater and know it would not work, now what!! single mom on top of everything else.

My husband and I applied for a home modification loan. We were told to submit certain documents such as bank statements, paycheck stubs,applications for modification, form to the Irs,and others. Some of these forms had to be submitted every month.If im not mistaken we had to start over the modification (Feb) because they said we failed to submit the monthly paper work, which was not true. We have always submitted our paper work on time, therefore,resubmit.We were told by flagstar, that we should be at least 3months behind on our mortgage to file for modification.It approx.over a year to be approved for our modification, saving us approx.30.00, which was a 3 or 6 month trial period. They would not tell me even if we made all pymts on time we may not be approved after our trial pymnts. We were urged to accept the modification even tho it would not solve our problem. During the whole time when we were going on two mos. late our mortgage would always go into default,once our mortgage had been submitted to an attorney.We also included our property taxes and home owners insurance pymts in our mortgage,we were short on one of them and our pymts went up approx. 60.00 dollars per mo.Which we are still paying.We were made to hold on the phone for approx. one hour, more or a little less.Customer service could be very cold at times.I having problems with my computer,also I could not go back and proof read.
