I was with Countrywide until B of A took over. This is the 2nd time in less than 3 years they have said I was behind on my payments. This time it cost me $2564.00 that I paid to keep them from foreclosing. I have all my bank statements and will send them to b of a this week. I deserve some compensation for what they did to my credit score with their lies and they stopped me from getting another loan with a mortgage company of my choice.

We applied for loan modification with NACA in 2009. On my loan agreement they asked us to hold 3 months payment from November through January. We had to start pay on February 1st 20010, which we did. They told us clearly those 3 months was goin gon our principal balance. They told us over the phone on March 3rd they final the loan. Since that date even we make regular payment , they kept saying we have one month behind which they can not say which month. I would like to have a fax number to send all my paper work to prove it. we got this 2nd home equity line of credit. at a adj. rate. We want it fixed they will not help us. It comes due in 2015 we were unaware of these due date in 2015-2017. It is a interest only loan. We used it to fix our home up, roof etc.

as of 2010 they refused all payments .we only owed fortyfour thousand we had half of our home paided or when boa stole our home they bought the property

I had a Loan Modification with countrywide and BofA would not honor the balance reduction. I was told it is not there policy to reduce a balance and they no obligation to accept my new terms. So now i am in forclosure. I have been denied a short sale per Nicholas Padiila at BofA, he said I do not have enought time before my sale date.

31 months of being in a modification. constantly every month telling me they were sending me my modification and making me have a foreclosure date and having to call them 5 days before the sale date tohave them postpone it. after 31 months and my acct mgr telling me my modification would be coming on March 28,2012 by fedex it never came. spoke to him on the 28th he said he had postponed my date again for april. it was confirmed and recorded on bac recording. i find out on april 5, 2012 by a realtor knocking at door telling me my home had sold on court house steps and I must move or the sheriff would move me. called john back at bank of america and he admitted HE FORGOT TO CHANGE POSTPONMENT DATE while we were on the phone and did it late that friday and the sale date was at 12pm on that monday. He assured me not to worry and he had already changed my date till May 17, 2012 and that I would get my papers in mail by fedex and that i needed to overnight them back. none of this happened. he did admit to me 3 times that this was his fault and he felt terrible. i told him there was no apology that i could ever except and that i trusted inhim and being in charge of myloan and i couldnt beleive he letthis happen. There was nothing i could do. i called bac and tried everything. i was forced out of my house and bac foreclosed on me without me even knowing what happened. i would have filed bankruptcy, i told him if i knew this was going to happen. i did not want to lose my house. The reason for default was hardship and the nashville tn 100 year old flood.
