Have lost 5 buyers due to BOA not completing their side of paperwork in timely manner. All we needed was a \”letter of authorization\” from BOA. No return calls, no return emails, realtor said BOA approved the buyers price, but BOA would not send letter. We have been working with them since 2009 and no response until we stopped our payments as instructed by BOA in order to get \”help\” from them.

I actually sold my house in November 2010, but bank of america still has my house on file with a balance. But before I sold, I was told if I sold my home on a short sale thru the HAFA program I would get a stipend to relocate and that was never done, just like the modification I was promised before I actually sold the home. They have my home listed as a bankruptcy on my credit versus a short sale. I filed bankruptcy in 2006, not including them and paying the mortagage. But after I sell THIER property for them they list me as a bankruptcy and tell me it will be on there for 10 years. so I filed a complaint with the comptroller of currency and then BOA contacted me pretending to fix the problems. They sent a letter to the comptroller of the currency stating the problem was fixed and that we both agreed upon a resolution. They lied about the conversation. I am now reluctant to discuss anything with them without recording the conversation. They have done this to me twice. I am looking for an attorney to represent me to take all my information and look thru what went wrong with my WHOLE ordeal.

My home was foreclosed in early Dec. 2011. The firm I hired to negotiate filed a cease/desist order in Aug. 2011 to prevent foreclosure during negotiations. It is their assertion that BOA acted illegally. I attempted a modification directly with BOA twice and hired 2 firms to negotiate with BOA, both unsucessful. I also paid for a forensic audit from a third law firm.
