buy new home dec.2006,march2007,mold was found in home.removed from home,stay in hotel for an month,haveasthma from mold,loss work because of illness. thats when problem started. new century mortgage was first severs,sold loan to saxon. without notfying me. two monthly payment went to new century, saxon nver was foerward the payments i was not behind in payment with new century, but because new century never forward the payments, started behind with saxon and everything started goiing down hill. saxon nver try to help.

Got a no income doc loan in 2002 from Countrywide. At some point was handed over to BOA. Now in foreclosure… sheriff\’s sale scheduled for 5/7/12. Judgement in this case is in my name (i\’m only name on mortgage as they wouldn\’t allow my husband on mortgage, assuming b/c he DID have income) AND my husbands name (he is only on deed). Is this correct? How can they NOW want to include him? Bank said no time to do a short sale when I contacted them in Nov but here we are in Feb, def would have had time. Our home was sold to us by Frank Guzik of East Haven Group, who is now wanted by FBI. He took care of our sale, mortgage, etc… ANy legitimacy at all to our mortgage, deed, etc???
after my morher passed away, my income was cut in half. i applied for a modification. they went up on my morgage i couldn\’t fix the house and make payment.
I had a sale date of April 20, 2011 but got prosponded, forced to file chapter 13 in calif. I\’m 55 we can afford our mortgage, i\’m a tribal member off reservation, had 3 spinal surgeries, adopted our 11 yr old grand-daughter, AHMSI has harrassed us , mislead, lied, you name it
Bank of America took over my countrywide loan. i was never informed after many attemps. wont complete my promised modification starting in 2009

2008 went through a divorce, ex wife file chapter 7 put mortage in it without my say or signature. judge discharged total debt. need help on this one asap. I was awarded the house out the the divorce. exwife wanted her name off bank of america said no so she filed banruptcy and it got discharged oct 2010
continue to pay bank of america funds even after bank ruptcy. then the bank kept all the money
and did not apply those funds to the mortage. now
i donot know where i stand as for the home. i tried to do the right thing follw the court but i feel the court system have failed me. now i may have lost my home in the hole modification process.

we have been in communication for over a year trying to get a loan mod but our principle balance is too high for a govt subsidized modification. we finally submitted our info and have been in the review process for over 3 months. we just received a notice on our door that our house is going to be sold in 20 days. How can we be in the middle of a review for modification and then they sell the house from under you. also talked to a bofa rep and they said our loan is red flagged because it has something to do with a settlement that 5 major lenders are having to payout. I dont understand this at all.
