back in 2009 aprll had modfiftion my home from countrywide oayment was 1,200.00 it was fine then end of dec 2009 epire date bank amoerica told me they took over the countrywide and payment went uo to 2,600 it pose to be fixed but it s more higer. after that we struggle with payment my govement in come is only 2.000. monhtly and jose make 1,600 and we have 3 kids and i just paid the neg to mofitison wiht conrtywide but now bank of america took over what going on i thought it pose to be the same. since to now we struggle they dont aeccpt the partial pauemnt they refund back to me and saying need full balance of 2,600.00 monhtly i dont have that funds we are short. every time i all they are rude i call thru crs realay some one help me out speak out for me as i am hard of hearing they know but mny time they hang up on me. i tried amny thing i did neg wiht them faxed i dont know how many time i did fax proof of my income signed papers i did faexed to them i kept alot of paperworks. its pressure me struggle and today i call the bank of america tehy say nothing is reveiwing my case and soon anytime to be forclurse they say why i didnt make the payment every time they ask me always. had to expain over and over every time i call have to expain over and over now i trying ti see if i can get some one save me home i dont undetand what going on wiht bank of america. they know our low income. pls help us out save our home that our dream home 5 yrs that our second home dream. thanks for understanding pls email me easy to undertsand u email me nobeatraiders76@aol.com thanks
