Houston Texas Wells Fargo Complaint

Sunday, July 31st, 2011

I was laid off work in June 2009. I called Wells Fargo to give them a heads up about my employment. And them know my payment may be a little late but it will be paid. They told me I can a loan Mod and things went down hill from there…

Austin Texas Countrywide Complaint

Saturday, July 30th, 2011

I have every loan document on my home dating back to 1996. I was forced to keep refinancing because Countrywide kept taking over my loans. I was even forced to roll my original interest free loan over into an interest bearing loan.

California Countrywide Complaint

My foreclosure date is 8/10/11. I lost my job in Jan of 2009 and have been out of work since. I started this process in June 2010 but did not receive any paperwork from B of A until my unemployment ran out in Dec and I had missed my first payment. I was instructed to send in forms to see if I could qualify for a loan modification, but of course I did not since I did not have a job. This process took a few months and the collections calls kept coming. I have not been successful at securing a job yet so of course I am still behind on my payments and was not told until late June that B of A was now offering the Special Forbearance which I asked about earlier this year but they were not offering it until April. However I was never told that was an option until one of the collections personnel asked me about it. I had already been informed by Recon Trust that my only 2 options were to either sign my deed over to them or do a short sale. So I opted at the time to do the short sale to save my credit. I backed out of that only after hearing about the special forbearance and a week later a sale date was set. I have been on the phone since that time trying to reach my negotiator with no success as she supposedly did not have a direct line but funny she called me and left me a number when I was not at home to call her back with an extension number that says she is never available and reroutes me back to the collections dept. She had made a note on the system she would call me back on the 28th but has yet to do so. I contacted Operation Hope and faxed over paperwork to them yesterday hoping they could help me contact them and get the date of sale postponed to allow me more time to secure a job.

ANAHEIM California Bank of America Complaint

Friday, July 29th, 2011

Started Loan Modification process October 2009 as we had medical expenses and the birth of twins. Have complete diary of people spoken with at Bank Of America including dates. Finally after complaining enough, was told we would get the loan modification – only to find out that Bank of America did not participate in the Obama Loan Mod – rather we would get a Bank Loan Mod. Was never given any options and morgage only went down about 100. Yes it now includes Property Taxes and Home Owners Insurance, but still cannot afford. Signed the Fedex documents and had them sent in by the date requested, even verified by email that they had received our first new payment in Nov 2010 only to find out that in March 2011 – the documents were never approved – because the notary signed in a spot she shouldn\’t have. B of A tried to change our morgage amount and now it\’s more than the signed amount we agreed to. We pay our morgage on the 15th and we get calls – from the 1st day of the month until we pay on the 15th. They will call at least 5x a day. Ridiculous – and we never signed any new documents.

HOPEWELL Virginia Bank of America Complaint

Friday, July 29th, 2011

It is my belief and opinion that Bank of America illegally foreclosed and forced me from my home. I had a signed and modification agreement with no stipulations on any trial payments defaulting this agreement. Although I remained current on my modified loan payment, Bank of America via telephone advised me that the investor did not accept the modification. after 5 months of making modified payments, Bank of America reneged on their legally binding contract with me. I have subsequently been foreclosed on and have left the home. I do not believe Bank of America has been held accountable for the uprooting of my family, the stress, illness and damages they have caused me and my family. We honored their agreement but they were still able to steel our home from us.

California Countrywide Complaint

I was getting a second on my house for some new windows, because I was planning to sell my house to downsize. I believe countrywide over inflated my house when it was appraised. Ace mortgage was the ccompany that I was dealing with, but countrywide held my note. Two months after I took out the loan, Ace mortgage went out of business, and the big crash came. I was stuck and believe countrywide knew the crash was coming, but lent me the money anyway. If I would have known, I would have never taken out the second. I also believe that if a true appraisal had taken place, I would have never qualified for the loan.

Fountain Valley California Wells Fargo Complaint

Thursday, July 28th, 2011

We were in a modification and we\’re removed in January of 2010 because they stated they did not have all of the paperwork, which was submitted on time. We then worked through other modification programs and our payments were not accepted. Eventually our HELOC was modified but not our first and we were foreclosed on.

California Bank of America Complaint

I am a victim of predatory lending evidences provided by forensic examiner expert, listed 13 violations from Countrywide, there was also a written instruction from Countrywide loan broker to instruct me to back date loan docs, and coered me into the bigger loan than I can afford.
