This nightmare began when PHH increased my motgage payment from $2,300 to $3,200 which I did not budget for. I feld behind in my payments and soon enough I got a letter fom the bank that I would fall into a forclosure if I didn\’t make the mortgage payments. I did everything in my power to get help from the bank and lawyer. but all got was apply for forberance, apply for modifications.
Hardly anyone in bank knew what the process was of how to apply. At the moment I am in forclosure status. Please help I don\’t want to lose my home.
