i had a 56,000 mortgage they sold my loan to champion mortgage for 86,000
was refused a mortgage adjustment ,they refuse to refinance . was told that id never pay off loan paying only monthly pamment .. i feel like the bank wants me to forclose

About 1 month ago \”Deutsche Bank Trust Comp. as trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc. asset-backed pass through certificates… under the pooling and servicing..\” blah, blah, blah… had gotten final approval (Order of Court) to eject me.
I am currently having both a Forensic Mortgage Audit and a Securitization Audit run, which should be completed within a few days.
I plan to sue the bank for wrongful foreclosure AS WELL AS fraud. I\’ve been studying constantly, as I plan to proceed Pro Se. Wish me luck!

loan bounced by 3 diff banks. ameriquest argent country wide and now bank of america. have tried to get mod for 3 yrs! Bofa has lost app 2 xs!
