I was misrepresented by my broker an the title company due to the fact I always had escrow acct. an this time I know I signed for one for over 1year I thought Iwas bing escrowed til my lender stated I was not and thats when the fight. I stated to call broker title company an lender to find out what happened to my 2,000. dollars I put down at closing for escrow. No one could tell me nothn so i stop paying because to me the loan was a fruad and I wanted answers. My broker knew the mortages was going to crash he told me by 2008 there will be no more gettn easy mortages so get what I can now.
