we refiance will wilmington bank 1/8/2007 the sold the loan to wilshire in 2009 the promissory note move butt the deed of trust in still recorded under wilmington bank wilshire filed foreclose in nov 2009 the case was drop jauaury 2011 wilshire then said they sold the loan an tranfer all the doucment to bac on march 1, 2011 i check the landrecords and nothing record for wilshire or bac bank of american said they will file forecloser on the house they mess up my wife credit who work for the fbi they no tranfer records recorded so why would we pay bac with no proof they owe this house they said were 22 payment behind. I want to file a classaction against bac for fraud.
