My mortgage loan was sold to Everhome Mortgage company several years ago and they have been nothing but a problem ever since. I have been trying to work with Everhome Mortgage to obtain an affordable loan modification with the assistance of the NACA corp for several months now with no luck. I recently had colon surgery out of state and while I was away from my home, Everhome sent a company called Lender Processing services to inspect my property. LPS put a huge blue sticker on my front door and deemed my property abandoned…. My home is still fully furnished and was been watched by my mother until I returned. This practice seems illegal and unethical. I even have documentation Everhome recorded on my property with illegal intentions, Like the Mortgage Assignment in the Name Of M.E.R.S. I am filing a full complaint with every agency possible against Everhome Mortgage along with news media if they dont fix this immediately!!!! Feel free to give me a call if necessary 864-205-7004.
