My experience with Chevy Chase Bank was not good at all, I tried to get my loan mondified when it first became past due so I called Chevy Chase Bank and was advised by a man name Jay Jones who was very rude and advised me that this loan will not get modified, so I tried my luck with NACA and they were unable to get my loan modified, so then I got an attorney who started working on my case but then was disbared from the state for misconduct so I have not recieved my refund from him and will not until his case has been settle if he will be convicted or not, I didnt have anymore money for another attorney and since the bank didnt want to modify the loan I lost my home and is now renting a home @ 1,570.00 amonth when I could be a homeowner right now.

I lost my home in the year 2009 and I was promised by my broker a 5 year ARM before my payment changes. Instead I recieved a 3 Yr ARM. The copies that I was given in my Packet are for a (5) year Arm set to Change April 01, 2010 and I dont have any Copies of any other type of Loan. I also was dealing with Sheryl Geronimo I believe who was handling my Loan Modification/ Defaults and she told me there was nothing I can do about it because I already signed another Loan. She also proceeded to push me in to the Loan Modification and Continual to request more and more Documents and information and when it was all said and done I believe she Stated that there was nothing they could do at this time because there was no Loan Modifications available in California yet.( Something to that Nature) I have Copies of the (5) Year ARM that I thought I recieved and the Date for Payment Change would have been April 01,2010 instead my Payment changed in 2008 and I was Foreclosed on by 2009.
My now deceased husband wanted to buy this house for
My now deceased husband wanted to buy this house for $3,499,000. He had no money of his own but I did. I sold my house that I lived in for $800,000. and then I added another $600,000 from my investments. The rest we had in mortgages. My husband had an investment that he was working on that would generate a large sum of money. He died before the investment came through. He and the broker did all these unusual things to get the mortgage. We did not have to have a verification of income, so we did not have to show an income tax report. This is where my problem arose. There were four representatives from banks and broker and when I began to read the papers that I had to initial my broker and husband told me I did not have to read them as the papers wer about an inch high. They said everything was in order. One of the papers said we had a business that generated $79,000 a month. We had a small mail order business that was in the red. Because I was coerced into signing these papers the bank said I was liable. I lost everything I owned and now live on only social security and live with my children. I am 77 Years old. Please help ;;me get some of my money back so that I can live with dignity. Thank You for any help you can give to me.
