buy new home dec.2006,march2007,mold was found in home.removed from home,stay in hotel for an month,haveasthma from mold,loss work because of illness. thats when problem started. new century mortgage was first severs,sold loan to saxon. without notfying me. two monthly payment went to new century, saxon nver was foerward the payments i was not behind in payment with new century, but because new century never forward the payments, started behind with saxon and everything started goiing down hill. saxon nver try to help.

In March \’08, Countywide F/B/O E-trade filed foreclosure against me. Supposedly, a month earlier, MERS, assigned the loan to them. 1 year later, Countrywide F/B/O E-trade, assigned it to Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, and it was ordered that they were substituted as the true party plaintiff in the case. Florida Default Law Group is representing Countrywide, and because of the recent press, I feel I need an attorney.
