hamp modification process began made all trial payments on time and 1 or 2 extra then notified they didnt get all paperwork or payments and we did not qualify and couldnt reapply for hamp modification. told us we had to do an in house modification while in the process of in house modification they transferred owner ship to Qcwen and while processing modification for us and attorney they also had foreclosure process continuing in their attorneys office and without notifing us foreclosed on our home in their attorneys office and sold the property to Ocwen without notifing us. we came home to a foresale sign and contacted Saxon and they informed us their attorney wasnt notified and their was nothing we could do since the sale had been processed. We did have an attorney involved and I am not sure how he let this happen but we lost our home becauseof the negligence of others not because we were not trying to make it right. We fell behind due to my fiance being out of work due to work injury and then health issue. Please help. I knwo we cant get our home back but we cant have a bright future due to the negative affects of a foreclosure on our credit. We wanted our home and tried to correct things Saxon failed to keep their good faith efforts with my family.

I was forced to give the house back to Saxon because they would not offer me a loan modification or any other option, information that might help me, resources, etc… I am interested in being a part of a class action lawsuit if it is filed.
I\’m upside down my loan has been sold to Ocwen which denied HAMP through NACA then modified my loan twice and says I dont qualify for HAMP also my loan is with a Private invester and was part of the Electronic Signature. over the last 4 years I have face foreclosure several times. I currently have a ballon payment at the end of approximately $180,000. I\’m upside down by $220,000. The Current value of my home is $170,000.

This house is currently a rental property that I own after being forced to move to another state to secure a job. In November of 2011, we applied for a modification based on the 10 1/2 interest rate. Saxon lost several copies of our application and ignored our calls repeatedly while reporting my payments as late and destroying my credit rating. In April of 2012, after several long phone conversations and more than $600 in fax fees resulting from sending the same forms to them over and over again, our loan was transferred to Occwen, who now claims to have no record of our modification request and has sent me a notice of default. They are negotiating with me now, but damage has been done. Because of my poor credit rating, I was forced to use all my retirement savings to purchase my current house for cash because I was unable to secure a mortgage.

I WAS DENIED A HAMP LOAN BYSAXON MORTGAGE. THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME TO GET MY MORTGAGE CURRENT. THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED IN FORECLOSING, SHORT SALE OF MY HOME. THEY LIED AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD A NEGATIVE ESCROW BALANCE. I RECEIVED PROOF FROM MY COUNTY TAX DEPARTMENT THAT I NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE ESCROW BALANCE. SAXON NEVER SENT ME A 1098. THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING ME OFF FOR YEARS. I HAD AN INTEREST RATE OF 11.25. I CONTACTED A CREDIT COUNSELLOR TO GET MY INTEREST RATE LOWERED TO 5.75 IN 2011. I HAVE TRULY SUFFERED BECAUSE OF SAXON MORTGAGE. PLEASE HELP ME.
We were put in a \”no doc\” interest only ARM, when we HAD complete documentation. Have been trying to HAMP since 2008, loan sold to Ocwen 04-01-2012. Still no modification, have paid $162,000 in INTEREST since 2005.
