Suntrust said freddie mac purchased my home at a foreclosure auction.

false representations were given in the entirety of working with them. I am still in the home fighting a wringful foreclosure action.

I am divorced and was awarded the home to refinance or sell. Because the loan uses my exhusband\’s VA benefits I was unable to refi, but I was able to place the home on the market. After several months of no offer, I decided to do a Deed-in-Lieu. It has been several months since I put all the paperwork in, and I would call to follow up each week if additional paperwork was needed, and they would always tell me that nothing is needed. Then just last week, when my exhusband called, they tell him they need an updated listing agreement and a VA appraisal. I called them back to ask what exactly they needed and if the house needed to be put back on the market. They told me it didn\’t, and I just needed to get in touch with my realtor for an update of the previous listing. Well, I spoke to my realtor and they told me that there is no update when the house is off the market, so there is no paper to provide. Also, there can be no appraisal unless I pay out of pocket, but that still takes time. My deadline is Friday I just found this out last week!

I tried to obtain a modification to retaian my property but SunTrust kept losing my paperwork I sent and I was required to start over with the process.I was living in Florida at the time and was having to call on my cell phone. The kept transferring my call and I would be cut of. When I called back I s=had to start all over with another agent to try to explain my circumstances, No one would call me back. I kept getting the run around until finally I was so far behind I could not catch up the payments . Sun Trust offered no help to me to save it.

My loan was sold from Suntrust Mortgage to Nationstar mortgage in the 3rd mo. of my loan mod agreement. Nationstar had no record of any Suntrust agreement and I had to start all over and was considered late.Lowered credit rating .Finally got a loan mod w/ N.Star.18 mos. later Should be illegal..lets sue!!!!!!!!!
