I went through Chase\’s Home Loan modification that they strung out over 11 months (as they do most people according to reviews) and in the end my loan is several thousand dollars MORE than the ORIGINAL amount, not to mention that I lost over 5 years worth of payments…something they did not fully disclose during this process. Surely someone can see the repeated fraud they continue to commit…

MY home was foreclosed on by Chase Manhattan Mortgage (chase home finance) after making all necessary payments during my contract with them. When I realized the problem I began trying to contact Chase Manhattan but was repeatedly given erroneous and misleading information by the customer service departments. This continued right up until the day we were evicted. All of our documents concerning are mortgage have been somehow misplaced. The mortgage was for the address, 124 Bowie Street, DeLeon Texas, 76444. Chase was not the original lender. They took over the mortgage from the original lender almost immediately upon purchase.

i was told on two diff. occasions that i was exccepted for home lone modification and both times i was \”discualified months later and lots of money later.

We also had two other homes (this is the last one I have left) that were foreclosed upon involving ballooning neg amortized loans with skyrocketing payments and lenders who refused to restructure the loan or work with us(similar to this situation). As a direct result,we have lost everything (over $2 million in real estate holdings).

Applied for loan mod. 3/\’09 they lost paperwork/changed forms sevarl times, denied us 7/10 but as of 4/11 still showed us in process they\’ve reported late payments that are NOT late most recently may 2011 told we were getting credit 2 times 4/28/11 and 5/24/11 then told they showed no record of it as of 6/23/11 incorrect statements

we refinanced with washington mutual who sold are loan to chase next thing we know they started saying they could not find payments then we switched homeowners ins co they sent them a copy of the policy but chase said they had on policy so they put our loan in eskrow which started accumilating fees we contacted them to take the fees off they refused we then contacted the attorney general they said they took them off next month we get a letter talking about pre forclosure for the fees so we call talk to them nothing changed out of no where we get a call from a mysterious modification company that offers to give us a modification through chase they would tell us not to send no more payments and that they was working with chase to stop the sale of our home a year goes by the company vanishes and we get a call from a law firm who tells us not to worry then out of no where chase calls offers three payment trial payment that exceeded the mortgage amount i made the payment they said after the three they would do the modification three weeks go by the law firm calls and say i heard you made an agreement with chase i denied it he says dont pay nothing else and i end up looking this firm up on line and it happen to be the same people from the modification company fraudilent company iget a call from chase the person states that chase was not gonna help me any more i sought out for help and to this day chase took our home

I was to come out of my bankruptcy November of this year when i was told that I was 6 mos behind, and they refused my payment. I gave proof and tat was not good enough I did everything that asked still no good.I phoned my so called attorney and was not given help. My question was, \”how can I be behind when I am faxing you my reciepts? Because I could find them all except 2 which I stated I would put tracers on, my attorney refused to help me. So I asked who are you really working for because it is obviously not me. I am a single parent of 4 with 1 grandcild all of the home, where will we go? Somebody help me please because I am all out of what to do next. I don\’t want to sale, please, please help me if you can. Thank you for your time and may GOD bless you.

I successfully completed one year of modified payments to Chase Bank here in NYC on my condo-after being told in 2009 I must be behind in payments to qualify for a modified mortgage.

I was then denied in Sept. 2010 and Nov. 2010 twice after appealing permission for a permanent modified loan. Now they want 45k in back payments and penalties.
