Aurora told me spring 2011 that my lender deutsche bank ran out of money., and was no longer doing loan modifications. March/April 2012, told by Aurora, that lender is now participating in modifications, and that the only one I could get was the HAMP. I mailed and faxed all required paperwork 2-3 times. Told that indidn\’t qualify with my income, but I could add my husband to the loan, and we would qualify. End of June 2012, notified by Aurora, that they were selling loan to Nationnstar, and that all documents would be forwarded to Nationstar, and that they would finish process. First of July, told by Nationstar, that the did not recieve the documents, and that I needed to resend them all. I faxed and mailed all documents again 2 times. Told it was in review until September 19, 2012, was informed that I didn\’t qualify for a modification because I didn\’t qualify. No explanation. Aurora quit accepting my payments in May 2012. This is a MERS loan, and looking to file a lawsuit against all parties. I have all my loan docs from the loan.

Worked for nearly two years with Aurora Bank acquired by Nationstar in July 2012. No response to many requests including QWR to Aurora and now Nationstar
LENDER WAS FIRST MANGUS none of the documents were witnessed nor notirized. the names of the so called attached notirizations are completely ilegibleattached page after the unwitnessed unnotarized unoriginal note had only one thing on the page…without recorse, pay to the order of First Magnus financial corporation an arizona corporation…First Mangus Financial corp Rochelle Livesay, Shipper the MERS NUMBER has been blacked out on the copies filed with the court, we didnt recieve any of it until it was all said and done, the recently they dismissed the summery and then amended it to ask the court to ban us from responding in any way and it was granted becuase we didnt get a chance to respond, we were told after the fact, by regular undated mail.
Now arora has a recording stating there business no longer exists and servicing is being done by nationstar and they give this number which is just a busy signal no recording nothing so they are a dead end.8773720512 try it for yourself
My loan was pass on to 5 different banks with in one to two years. the last was Aurora. They told me to skip three payments and they would re-do my loan.
1.Tryed to work with them since 2009
2 .Been though trial loan mod programs.
3. forbearance programs.
4 .ripped off by loan auit, us loans.
5. paid law firm 3500 to help me mod 6 mo later further in the rears and stalled 6 sale dates. Still in review.

I am still negoatiating Loan Modefication with my banks, But before Denial, my Bank already Sold my house to Freddie Mae.
I\’ve been fighting for a modification for about 2 years. On several occassions I was locked out of my online account so that I couldn\’t even see what I owed! Right now I\’m on another of their \”Repayment Plans\” which amounts to me making double payments for 9 months. Remember, this is an Interest Only adjustable ARM.I still have the same principal amount I had 6 years ago.They\’re only response to me has cosisted of more and more threats to foreclose.
The other co-owner lost his job in March 2010, we asked for modification but they were hard to deal with even with a lawyer.
September 2010, the other co-owner passed away, I decided to short sale. Again I have fave faxed pages and pages of documents about six times, and everytime the foreclosure date comes up, they said they didn\’t receive anything. I have proof that the fax went thru.
predatory lender, excessive workout agreements to no avail for over 18 months, was only behind one month now due to fees and difference in workout payment and original morrgage we owe them over $50k, before this supposedee workput plan we paid every mortgage payment,
I have been fighting this fight for well over a year and Aurora flat out refused to even give me the option of a repayment plan. I wasn\’t trying to cheat them, just catch up. But they told me that all i could do (after a year and three mod attempts) was to send as much as i could to cure the defaulted amount. So i did. my reg payment is 687 and i was sending 795 with the forbearance plan on time and as much as could after. the forbearance plan said in order to keep the foreclosure from moving forward i would have to get a modification plan after the termination date… and when i tried i was told i didn\’t qualify and they would not do anything else. I have faxed the same information so many times, and they always find a way to deny me. They keep denying the Making Home Affordable because since my dad was deported the home is not \”owner occupied\” even though i have a power of attorney to deal with them. According to HAMP regulations if the owner is displaced the property can still qualify if it is not rental property. They Deny the traditional modification because i don\’t make enough…. that\’s kind of the point though! Then i get a letter saying i owe 2000 MORE than two weeks before and when i called to find out why they refused to tell me. They gave me a number and when i called they wouldn\’t speak to me at all because i wasn\’t the owner and they \”had no knowledge or proof of the POA.\” They FINALLY gave me a single point of contact but refused to review the newly submitted modification because i had already been denied. Didn\’t matter that my income was different or my expenses were less… they would not look at it and the foreclosure continued in the background. every time i have sent them exactly what they ask for they tell me the packet is incomplete. when they send correspondence it arrives on the 8th or 9th day and they demand a full response by 10 calendar days. I had to have my brother move in and pay a little rent so we could save the house and the cycle is beginning again… only this time they refuse to even review the modification without a letter of assumption and a letter from my dad giving consent.I asked why it was necessary to add me to the loan or for me to assume responsibility and they said it was because they could not go after my dad for the defaulted amount because he was in mexico but that if i assumed responsibility for the loan they could use my info and come after me. … Falling late those 3 months caused so much negative info on my dad\’s credit! i have been making payments on time every month but because they pay the last month owed and not any current amount… they key derogatory for 60-90 days Every MONTH! now they want to come after me too. And the INS judge denied my dad a work permit renewal and had him deported because \”it would cause NO undue hardship\”… they are so ridiculous in their assumption.
I\’m scared that they will take the house and all that extra money i have been sending has served no purpose at all! i have two daughters and no where else to go, but they don\’t care. I would like to join a class action suit if there is one. Enough is enough. i found out that they have been ordered to modify their practices as of 4/13/11 because they have unfair and illegal practices when dealing with mods. i am attaching it.
i can\’t lose this house… this is home to my girls.
