They placed a complaint to foreclose, but there is no date – ( thank God) and there is no judge assigned at this time.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC of violating the Truth in Lending Act by not giving the modification program that they received incentives from. By them doing this they deny those who are truly in need of this modification to save there home and is getting away with it. If our president has put these laws in place why cant they honor it.
They are causing people to lose their homes, which raising homelessness, and foreclosures all over new York.
I am current on my loan , Nationstar have not recorded my payment, $5,687. and I have asked the manager several time to up my records and they have ruin our credit . they calling 24/7, 7days a week. I have all of my bank statements, certified checks.Please add me in the class action. ASAP.
# 1. I was quoted a lower, 4.2%, rate than I recieved and was told in order to get the rate I was originally quoted, that I would have to re-fi. again next year to get a lower rate. #2. My loan was sold to Nationstar, to whom I think is affiliated with Flagstar but not sure.Before my loan was transfered to Nationstar, I was a full payment in advance, by design, and somehow lost it. It was said that I had not paid the Jan. pyment, not true. #3. When I recieved the notice of my loan being sold to Nationstar I had to call Flaggstr as to where to send my Sept.15,2011 payment, I was given an address without an account #. I sent a letter with each pymt. explaining the situation, that I had not recieved any contact from Nationsstar about the sale/transfer and asked to be RSVP\’ed ASAP. I did this for the next two months Oct.15,2011 and Nov.15, 2011! In mid- December I was sent a shody letter of the sale/transferand finally a new acct. #. #4. Prior to the sale/transfer my pymts. were due on the 15thand wer paid on time or a month in advance. Only to be told that my loan was now due on the 1st. of each monthand I could not change it!. some how, therin, I found out that I had lost my one month advance payment. In feb. or Mar. of 2012 I recieved a late pyment fee.and wrote to Nationstar to inform that I was a payment ahead before all this went down and don\’t owe a late charge. I was told that I had not paid for Jan.2012, and that is why I lost my I pymt. in-advance. When in fact it was lost due to the sudden change in my orignal due date. When I closed with Flagtar, I specificly set the due date to the 15th because my Soc.Sec. check came on the 12th of each mont and I did not want to be late. My one payment ahead was done in the early times of paying to Flagstar,and now get notices of late pymt. I have all my statements showing discrepancy. increase mortgage, after they took over from my org.lender. adding escrow fee & late fees every month.reporting me late every month when I pay mortgage on time.we have every payment that we have made to Nationstar.they took over on 12 of 2010. its become like a full thime job just dealing with these people. just put in nationstar mortgage scam or complaints in your browser window of your computer than hit enter.you will be amazed
I have been charged late charges and I have not been late. They have also set up an escrow account without telling me and put my last mortgage payment there and told me I never payed my mortgage. I am current on my property taxes and have always payed them on time every year. I am lied to, passed around, faxed papers get lost, I feel like they are trying to take my house.
I have been trying to get this loan modified for 15 months and I got an inhouse mod for an interest at 11.9 that is not helping me so still in the same boat.
Had an ARM with Aurora Loan Servicing. They just transferred the mortgage to Nationstar. Received a letter from Aurora informing of this. I phone Nationstar and they WILL NOT SEND ME A MONTHLY statement OR allow me to us their online service. I have spoken with them several times, Chelsea Giles, Customer Relations and she was no help. She gave me her supervisor name, Mark Nieberlien and of course, gave me two incorrect numbers for him. I have NO way of seeing my statement or where the monies are being applied. I had a Nationstar Loan before and could get on their website to pay. Yes, I do have a 3+ YEAR OLD BANKRUPTCY, but that didn\’t keep them from allowing me with another mortgage from being on their website. They will not send me nothing and I do not trust them. Aurora allowed me to use their website and they sent me statements. Something must be done about Nationstar Mortgage. They must be watched.
Servicer never sent payment information/coupons/etc, never sent escrow reconciliations that would disclose payment due, did not send late notices, did not call about about a late payment, did not let borrower know that fixed rate payment had adjusted upwards for escrows. Servicer, Nationstar, waited to send any notice until 7/2011, 2 years after starting to service the loan. We made more than 12 payments that were short, since we were not advised of the amount due every month
