I applied for an interest rate modification, as provided for by Federal Law, and Ocwen used about 10 different people, and each one claimed that we had not submitted documents, when we had about 100 pages of faxed
document files, and fulfilled their requirements over and over again, for months.

Our files are as thick as a book.

BBB rates Ocwen an F for fraudulent practices, and there have been 80,000 online consumer complaints about Ocwen\’s shady practices. I feel like I am dealing with the Mafia. Many other Ocwen victims are also seeking to join a Class Action against Ocwen.

My office manager and I have wasted about 100 hours of our time, seeking loan modifications from Ocwen, as provided by Federal Law. Ocwen calls us weekly, and requires that I MUST be at the telephone for each and every call. Ocwen refuses to talk to my Office Manager, and instead requires my valuable time, which they just waste, over and over and over again.
Maybe 20 calls so far.

This is the same bad Ocwen behaviour that other consumers have decried.

Horrible experience, can never speak to anyone in USA when calling. Always get foreign countries with reps that do not speak our language well,they refuse to transfer me to American rep in America.Ocwen took bailout money but has not reached out to help me with modifying this home which is severely under water.Have called their HQ\’s in West Plam Beach to speak to President and or Vice President and flat been refused.

was denied loan mod 2twice followed by the first time 7 calander days to sale and this time 14 days till sale

ocwen keeps raising my mortgage payment. My taxes have gone down and nothing has increased. They did this before and I had to apply for a modification. I paid a lawyer firm $1500 because ocwen would not speak to me to get a modification. I was originally mortgaged with TBW then Nelnet and then transferred to Ocwen. My house is worth $121,000 and I owe $134,000. Ocwen did not inform me of the increase until I called to see why I received letters stating I was past due. I called 7 times only to get a guy from India who hangs up on me whenever I ask for a supervisor. Two years ago they raised my mortgage payment to $1150 thats when I went for a modification. Now they are doing it again. I have lived in my house for 13 years and have had nothing but harassing calls from them.

Mortgage was under the name of Taylor bean and Whitaker, then the Feds raided their offices, our loan transferred to Bank of America.

My provider was with Chase, I had been approved for a Modification in June 2011. On March 2012 the service has been sold to Ocwen, they refuse to honor my modification and are not recognizing any money I paid in 2011 or 2012. They say I owe $26,000 and refuse to credit me the money I have paid to Chase since 2010 or honor my signed Modification from Chase that was completed in 7/2011

Even though I have an escrow, Ocwen will not pay my insurance. They keep saying my account is not setup for escrow even though their records state I have more than enough.
