I\’m a self employed man that had full documintation i feel that because of my race i was put in a bad loan i have never been late and i try to modify my loan but was denied i\’m underwater and i feel that i won\’t be able to pay my mortgage when it becomes adjustible

No cooperation from lender. I put mortgage into rescission…they ignored it. They put a default on my credit despite violating the fair credit reporting act.
