My loan was suppose to be V.A., I paid a V.A. funding fee of $4,730, I have a V.A. loan number, but when I contacted the V.A. they said that the number given never existed. Then when I was facing foreclosure in April of 2011, I submitted every form that they asked for but, they did not respond. After they foreclosed in June 2011, I was told that I still qualified for a modification, and submitted 3 additional packages before the redemption period expired in Dec 2011. As of today, 2/4/2013 i\’m still occupying the property.

I was refused a refi sevral times and was not told why. I found out that my loan was not securitized and has a cloud issue on title. The mtge from US Bank did not use a title policy or even an appraisal because they were doing acfraudulent loan. I cannot sell or refi because of the cloud issue and lack of securitization. US Bank took over Downey after they went down. They had the original loan which I believe was never securitized. I attempted to request US Bank to now securitize my loan since this was preventing me from a loan modification, a refi, or to sell my home if I have to. Now I am just a renter, paying off a mortgage for a home I do now own.
US bank home mortgage is not granting me HAFA program that I qualify for, as advertised on their web site. They instead charged me lots of illegal fees and presented deceitful staements and falsified documents to BK13 court in order to gain power to foreclose on my property. I earn enough income to pay for my mortgage, if approved for the program below.

I believe there has been a faulty transfer of my mortgage from MERS CORP to US Bank That there was complicity on the part of MERS with the bank and Wal Steet to commit fraud. That MERS has committed a criminal act in self transfering mortgages that results in tax evasion. I believe that MERS has no right to own my mortgage ro transfer it. I believe the action of MERS and the Wall Street banks have caused a great financial disaster to me. I have lost my marriage due to stress, my business due to the breakup of my marriage and my income making it impossible to pay the mortgage. In addition I have lost all my home equity and am now underwater on my property.
I was led to believe a modification was imminent; they requested information 5 days before auction date.
Grent me a modification but not in my best intrest.
I am constantly getting the run around as to why my modification has not processed. We initially moved in 2008 after having the house on the market for months. We moved due to military transfer and are trying to save our home. Please help. Thanks. We have complied with the needed info to no prevail.
