they refused to help with modification workout package even after phoning HUD, pretended they would then started forclosure proceedings. Furthermore, the start was turbulant because original mortgager national city, screwed up my acct. I was transferred 2 times prior to midland, and there were missing payments nvr found, during these single or 2mos transition period.

I am at my wits end. My loan was sold to Midland and I filed an insurance claim for hail damage. Midland made me send them my check and they refuse to issue any money to me from that check. So right now, its been 4 months and I cant hire a contractor to fix the house cause my mortgage company refuses to give me the money to pay the contractors.

my loan was originally thru gmac and then transferred service to midland mort. on 12/02/08. i understood nothing would change but have since realized i went from a fixed to a variable rate,which is lower for the moment,but i also have numerous late fees for my property taxes and cannot get an answer from midland. i am very confused about this. i need help to figure out what is going on.

How do I find out if Midland Mortgage really owes my house?

I have had this loan since october of 2000. I started out with a loan of 117,000 and I have never refinanced. They say I owe 110,000 today and I have been paying on this loan for over 10 years. I have since rented this home out as I got married and moved with my Husband. I feel behind because my tenants stopped paying and I was told I could do a short sale. We have a cash buyer ready to purchase. However at the last minute they said I needed to move back in the property in order to be considered for the short sale.. I moved back in (furniture and all) sent them copies of all utility bills as well. (this was another large expense that I could not afford to pay! Meanwhile they were still pursuing foreclosure.. Just 4 days ago they told me they were not going to do the short sale and gave no reason for not going forward with the short sale. NOw the home is still going to foreclosure next month
