I WAS ON THE LOAN WITH MY DAD, AND WE BOTH PAY TOGETHER, BUT HE PASSAWY, AND ITS VERY HARD FOR MI TO PAY , I SPOKE TO THE BANK ABOUT MY SUITIATION, THEY PUT MI ON FOREBERRING, WHICH I WAS PAYING, DONT KNOWING THE MONEY IWAS PAYING GOING BAck to my pervious pay , so its not counting , now they told mi i own 25,000 behind.every time i call them about the moidification, still working over a year, call them again . my file is close, i dontv qualify, i dont make enough. we will sent u another parkage, the same thing , working on it.

Our original mortgage holder was Lendmark Financial,It was \”purchased\” By BB&T.At that pont over 3 years of misinformation, lack of communication, increased payment amounts,escrow account,over insured property cost,refusal to accept a payment or to give me a pay off of Loan amount they would accept, referred me to their attorneys, where all I ever spoke with was a receptionist who refused to transfer me to anyone,They never returned my calls or email.Did not contact me til foreclosure filing, BB&T has tried multiple attempts to force us to accept a short sale, But refused any attempts to reconcile the matter.

I lost my job & we were unable to make payments. I talked to BBT about it. We were given one modification, but when I applied for a second one, we were denied because they said it was too soon for another one.

They served me then I submitted a written response and then they sold my house 90 days later and they did tell me that I could apply for HUD to rent the house for a year after foreclosure and I never heard anything back from then after the bank bought the house for one hundred dollars they told my husband that they had no knowledge of any response from me and if that is true then why did they send me the HUD information? They also state that they sent numerous documents and that they were served this is not the case only one time did anyone serve us with any papers and the house was sold 90 days after they had me write a hardship letter and they didn\’t even acknowledge that.

they extended 10 years to my current mortgage and they are not modifing my mortgage based on obamas law
