We were illegally locked out of our house by Safeguard Properties for over four years, until we finally got advice and returned to our home. We had no idea who locked us out only by sticker on window. The house had water damage and structure damage as well. The first week in the house this past summer 2013 a female who would not identify herself demanded to know why we were back in our house. The house has been empty and our belongings inside. Over the four yeasr we would be served by different banks for foreclosure. We had no idea who held the note as it was sold over and over involving MERS.Since this summer we have been harassed and served by yet another bank out of the blue who claims to own the note. Chase Bank has even went as far as to take my electric bill and are attempting to turn off my electric. I have the utilities commission involved with that issue. I would welcome speaking to anyone who can help me find an aggressive attorney who will assert my rights and take action for the violations we have endured for over four years. We were bundled and sold off and now we have banks coming at us beyond Chase, US Bank, etc. This has become a nightmare for just asserting my rights to my property. I welcome and need a litigator in Kentucky.The Ky. AG has filed suit and I intend to follow through with a complaint. I just hope that the bank who is messing with my utitlites will stop and this doesn\’t become an eviction making me leave my property illegally no foreclosure has happened.

2007 I sent in a home Owners Insurance policy with a letter stating this was the insurance I chose for my home after the Hurricane Ivan insurance issues came up. I spoke to the Insurance dept of Chase as my insurance is escrowed. They acceptted it 2 weeks later paid a different insurance and put both on my escrow acct and raised my house payment to $1100.00. Their resolution for their mistake was to place second insurance balance to the end of my loan and accurred late fees on my monthly statement. I had major surgery 2009 and got behind 6 weeks(2 months) called to make the payments up and they threatened foreclosure and said I needed to go through a modification , that I qualified but had to be inarrears with my payments to get mod. 9 forebarance payments in their holding accnt. 14 denied Mods. and 3 years later with 3 different law firms to assist and still nothing but reapply for mod tosave your home. Chase refused any more forebarance payments and wouldn\’t accept any pay payments on my mortgage after firsy Mod denial.
I would like to be part of a class action against Chase Home Finance. I lost my home due to unscrupulous lending practices by my mortgage broker, appraiser and bank. Thank you.
dec 2009 mislead me with modification, sept 2010 paid for reinstatement of chase loan wired moneys per chase request to quality loan servicer paid in-full stopped my forecloser perceeding now deal only with chase month later called quality loans stated account closed deal with chase called chase stated hadnt recieved money from quality loans called again quality loans payed called chase lost money had to investigate applied to wrong account months go by still cant find my reinstatement payment no monthly statements no updates and no tax info call again april 2011 chase states not until i asked wheres my money i paid you they state we applied it to your account never informed me i asked what about the reinstatement what do i do how much is my payment chase associate states there was no reinstatement never recieved any monthly statement left on my front porch where 12 monthes of forecloser statements. paid money to keep house from foreclosing while trying to modify again

I am currently representing myself and am seeking information on class action suits against Chase, any other class actions against Chase concerning illegal foreclosure activities, violations of Fair Credit Acts, ect.
I am in my 4th try for a Home Loan modification with Chase. I have literally begged for help to no avail. I lost my job in 2010 and then again in 2011 and had to take a job that was at 50% of my original salary. /they said my debt to income ratio was too high so they denied. It seems that they have found any reason to deny me.

1. I can\’t believe this is happening. We applied for loan mod with Chase in 4/09 due to loss of income. Faxed over 100s of pages of bank statements, W2s etc, just like everyone else. Early 2011 we found out my husband\’s job would be outsourced in June, 2011 so we put the house on the market as a short sale. Got an offer but Chase would not accept it. We moved out of the house. Signed a Deed in Lieu in Jan, 2012. Received a check from them January 24th for the deed in lieu. Done right? Wrong!
Three times someone from Chase contacted me after January and asked me if I wanted to do a Loan Modification. Three times I asked them to update their records. They apologized. I received two letters saying that Chase will charge me for not keeping Homeowners insurance on the property. I cancelled it in January as per my Chase rep that processed the Deed in Lieu.
Last week I got a notice from the town regarding the property that the grass hasn\’t been cut and if the Town has to cut it we will be charged $500.00. Spoke to the town and the property is in our name at the town\’s office and the County. The deed we signed in January has not been recorded to take our names off of the property.
Two days of phone calls to Chase and no one knows the answer. I have been told several times that I owe 27 mortgage payments. Spoke to the Property Preservation department at Chase and they told me that the file is not coded for them to go and cut the grass. I have been transferred at least 10 times and no one can help me with this. Property Preservation transfers me to Loss Mitigation. Loss Mitigation tells me I owe 27 mortgage payments. They transfer me to Short Sale, they transfer me back to Property Preservation. I contacted the attorney\’s office that handled the paperwork for the Deed in Lieu and they have not been instructed by Chase to record the deed. They advised me to contact Chase.
Spoke with the Property Management department at the town and was told that I have to get that grass cut and that I am depreciating the value of the property and the neighborhood. I lost it on that one. That was my house and garden for 10 years. I did not need to hear that. I loved that house and yard. We live out of state now and the person told me to hire someone to cut the grass. We don\’t own the property, why do we have to pay for it to be cut. My husband has not been able to find work yet. He had a heart attack two days after we moved. Don\’t doubt the job loss and house loss had a little to do with that. He\’s fine, but work is hard to get these days. If I had the money I would pay to cut the grass but we will be lucky to buy groceries this week. We are living on his unemployment and what belongings we can sell. All our savings is gone. I\’ve not been able to find work either.
So word to the wise, don\’t think it\’s over until you get a copy of the deed that has been recorded taking you of the property. Make sure you get a copy and you will have to pay for it I\’m sure. I\’m looking for an attorney to sue Chase. Anyone out there? Any class action suits? I think I had a nervous breakdown yesterday. It\’s bad enough to lose your house and we dealt with it and moved on. But to be pulled back into the nightmare again, that\’s too much. The above was from June, 2012. It\’s 9/12 and we are still getting tax bills. We also received a letter from Chase saying we owe the taxes even though the property was deeded to them.
