I call Chase to get help and they told me someone would get back in touch with me.I came home from a dr. appt getting disturbing news from a car accident that I had to get a Knee replacementand there it was a foreclosure note staple to my door.I am a veteran of five yrs in the US Army. Mentally I just cried and still crying because its not fair that they didnt try to help me. Everything they have done to people is mishandled and corrupt.I truly beleive Re-BO signing was done to many different signatures on my paper work and no notarized and no seal. I will send you my paperwork.

I have been trying to get a loan modification to Lower my interest rate down to 2%.and lower my principl cause I am having difficulty makeing monthlynpayments cause property taxes are so high and must be in the mortgage payments . I have also lost money by paying 2 separate companies fees to help with my modification in excess of 3 thousand dollars. Also no bank will let me refinance cause they say my debt ratio is to high. I am constantly being harassed with threat of foreclosure. Chase said I am ineligible for HAMP program cause I refinanced my home after Jan 1 2009 even though my original mortgage was in July of 2007.

My son was hurt in battle so I had to take a FMLA Leave from work. So I wasn\’t receiving pay while I was with my child. So during that time a machine would call my cell phone not a human. So I would get the messages days later and once I call I\’m told to try to make the payments. But after I inform the lender of the problem them I\’m rerouted to a different department. And this goes on for a few months. I\’m still trying to get all of this in order but they have not foreclosed on the house as of yet.

I have recently tryed to get a harp loan. And was denied they did take money off my card for appraisal fee they did not do.

I wanted to refinance my home. I believe Chase commited fraud on my loan .Lost paperwork,changed numbers,reduced my credit score,no reply on updates. Never had an underwriter for my loan. Charged me 2,500.00 because loan didn\’t close on time which was their neglect, lied and to this day 4 months later I still haven\’t been able to refinance.

Chase refinanced my loan in 2007: interest only (6.3 per cent). They also threw a $50,000 line of credit I had not requested.
I went thru the HAMP loan modification process for 2 1/2 years. They kept losing things, made contradictory statements and instructions; failed to act on the application in timely fashion which made me have to refile 6 times. They ultimately denied me, although I met every qualification of the HAMP guidelines. They never did put me on a trial payment plan.

RESPA Letter sent, received response and follow up letter sent. Not all documentation supplied by lender. Some documents that I have have no signatures, dates and incorrect information. Foreclsure set for August 15, 2012, want to postpone until RESPA resolved.
