This lender repeatedly lied and promised different figures for closing over and over drug my credit score down from running it repeatedly over a four month period of time told me repeatedly not to pay my mortgage as we we closing over and over and brought it down further, had a bogas appraisal come in claiming my house was about 250-300,000 under its value, wouldn\’t use my wife\’s income as income but said her business and credit brought me down so I would have unfavorable terms and I would have to pay them more, had me agree 10 times to different terms then When it was supposed to close would try and change it. Then finally the last go round I agreed to certain terms we went over everything seemed ok then when the closer came to my home it was all different and didn\’t even include the insurance and tax in the payment, plus their company had already changed my insurance company, I am trying to get this cancelled now and fear that I won\’t be able to as this has been a scam all along I feel to drag my credit down and devalue my property and put me in a position where like the lender says I basically have to do it… I have many emails from them claiming different terms and so many different phone calls with different managers etc, some even agreeing that their company has unethically and illegally handled my account… I fear this is a company wide practice and many other innocent consumers stand to be scammed if nothing is done about this…
