I refinanced my house with lend america oct. 2009.they sold my mortgage to gateway bank in nov. 2009.My first mortgage was never paid off, i contacted gateway bank in jan.2010 after making my first payment when i found out first loan wasn\’t paid off, they returned the payment.I\’ve been 2 years calling these banks, nobody ever returns calls.In nov.2009 lend america filed a mortgage on my property for loan i never received.lend america stopped doing business in dec.2009 so no contacts there.i have talked to gateway since they are the (mers)loan server. i need to know how to get this mortgage off my property.
