non profit organization is lender. hold checks so loan payment late. refuses to give info for me to refinance. refuses to work with me on lowering interest. charges lawyer fees if a day late on loan. charges whatever and sends foreclosure letter and I can\’t get help anywhere. payments are not bad but when they cause to be late and charge lawyer fees i am constantly behind. would not give disclosure statements and then found problems with electric, roofing etc. they refuse to fix just send letters and charge fees that are outrageous.they are suppose to be non profit but they have done this with this same property to last 4 or 5 owners. profit for selves and attorney.
