Lend America filed their lien in first postion but did not pay off the original first and second. I have not paid any monthly payments to Lend America. I pay for my original first and second loan. The keep sending me statements stating I owe about $35,000.00 I know these loans are being investigated by eith Sallie Mae or Ginney Mae. I have a contact at the new servicer which is Loan Care.
