They did modify me to a harp they took my second and put it on the balance of my first my mortgage is upside down by over 250,000 and i was told that they will reduce later and to just take this or get forclosed

amount never seems to go down, my payments were at one time held and not posted so they could add on late fees, after refinancing my pay ment went up. said i was approved for gov. program but was for theres. always lost papers are forms i sent them. have been paying on this double wide mobile home since 1996, and still owe over 50,000 more on it.
My lender took a long time to do a modafation then they requested more money after sending them money they sold my loan a week after I send them money they always gave me the runaround they always lost the paper work I would fax or over nit them I could never speak th the same person ..
i did a loan mod only to have my payments go up. i thought the whole point was to bring them down so i could afford them

My lender gave me 18 months worth of trial loan modifications, and ultimatly filed foreclosure and filed for trustee sale, i filed CH7 to aford the mortgage and filed CH 13 to save the house, my bank prommissed repetly they would not foreclose on me, gave me trial loan modifications which i paid as agreed each time. also before they filied for trusteed sale they had me in a position to give me a loan mod for over 90 days and on the 2nd to the last day before the sale after calling 4 times i doscovered i was not approved, but they would give me a forebarance agreement in where they wanted 16K deposit and no guarentee of getting a loan modification, i did not want to play financial rulet with my lender so i filies CH 13, its been since October im making my regular and my plan payments. I want to sue my bank for deceptive practices, and tell O\’bama his making home affordable is a joke only designed to keep inventory out of an already saturated market, and he is another wallstreet pupet.
sorry for ranting, but im pissed, this is a sham on the american public. only contact me about sueing my bank, no BK\’S no Short Sale, no loan MOD. thank you
SPS recently acquired the loan for B of A. Who are these guys??
Loan funded 10,2009/ Lrnd America did not pay off the first or second liens.New loan servicing is SPS. have had very little info on case but I believe That either Ginnie Mae or Sally Mae is assisting SPS. I have only made on payment to loan care so my balance to them if 30,349. I will not pay any money until it id straightened out. I am already paying the origin first and secondd.
I am presently in my 11th forebearance agreement. SPS has done everything next to taking my home. They have added my spouse onto the loan without his permission. They have charged fees that they have yet to explain. SPS is impossible and I do not know who owns my mortgage.
Forbearance was more than we could afford…went from 825.00 to 1499.00 a month. We paid the forbearnce and saved our home.
