There are 2 lenders on our loan. It was a private money, stated hard money loan. The lender notarized the substitution of Trustee and is also the owner of the note and the beneficiary. We have evidence of violations of Notary law as well as two different felonies on recordation of the substitution of trustee. There is an open investigation against one of the lenders with the Secretary of state. We are looking for an attorney that can take the case contingent. The Notary that broke the law is William G. Dickey from San Diego. we have evidence that he has done this before. They took our home illegally. Please have someone call me. Thank you!
